what does it take to get a non pi stang into the 14's...thats what it would take. The R/ts are HEAVY cars that dont go as fast as people think they do.

Are you saying that what it takes to get a non pi stang into the 14's is turning it PI?

So what would a NPI sn95 need on it to hang with an R/T Charger? Would PI intake and Cams, gears, midpipe and catback, 5 speed with a good driver do it?

well at the time I raced him..I had l/t headers, jlt cai, 3.73s and thats it...r/t chargers are nothing...you should be able to take one easily with pi intake/ cams nd gears

Neighbor got one two days ago and thinks its the fastest car on the planet. I told him, dude its 5 times fast"er" than your Jeep but not super fast. Me, I have gone from a Fox body 5.0 with a vortech to my 96. So I think I know what fast is. He of course doesn't want to hear that.

as the driver of a magnum r/t i can assure you, they're slower than they should be ... but it's still a hoot of a car...
