Is it just the cover that's dented? If so I would think so. The bumper cover on my '00 was pretty easy to take off and replace with a new one when it was damaged, I would think once you take it off, it wouldn't be to hard to pop the dent back out...
Couple bolts in your trunk, black plastic push pins on the underside of the car, and two screws in the wheel wells and it's off.
The metal behind my bumper cover is bent, is there a way to repair that? I would get a picture but you can't see it very well unless you're there in person.
