Rear end specs "NEED HELP QUICK"

So I was refered by another stang owner to a mechanic who can rebuild my rear. I have experienced his work through my friend and he seems legit...older guy, has built a few 33 Ford show cars and has a bad a*s Vette and a twin turbo big block chevy truck. Anyway he asked me to get info on the specs for the 8.8 rear like what backlash should be set to and pinion depth...I think I said that right, I posess no knowledge on gears and setting them up. Any one know where I can get that info?
