red fluid

i found red fluid in my power steering fluid..prolly atf or something..im wondering if the sn95 used "red" fluid..im not sure..or should i flush it out and put in reg power steering fluid.. :help2:

and also this prolly sounds stupid..but these take 5 qts with oil filter change right..it is a 95gt..i was told 6 and i said 5 dso i just wanna make sure..thx again guys.

BTW the whirl sound is gone!!!!!! :banana: :banana:

I know we use 4.7L of oil here in Canada...

Nice to see you fixed the sound.

I know my power steering fluid was clear or at least I though it was. But people allways have tricks of using other fluids for things that supposadly work better, cant help ya there sorry.

it quick making to noise as soon as i started flushing out the red stuff and put reg in..

its a full 5L with a filter swap too matt

My power steering fluid is red.......and yes we take 5 qt including filter.

Not sure how many people know this, but you can run the fox style FL1A filter on 94/95 mustangs, thats what I run and it gives me a few more psi's of pressure. My ps fluid is gray, probably time to change it though.
