Removing Rear Lower control arms

Whats the easiet way to get these off???!!! Do I have to remove my mufflers to pull the bolt out that is in the torque box? I can't even get the nut to break lose on the torque box side, any tricks?

i used a few extensions and went in above my muffler, had to use a good size breaker bar on there to break them loose. I also had to lower my rear axle down to get them in and out easy, with the axle up in place it was NEVER going to go back in for me.

+1 i unbolted my cat back for better manouverability. (sp?)

Its pretty easy just used an impact on the lift and a wrench I believe and they were off in about twenty min. Exhaust stayed on the whole time

well hopefully tonight after work I'll get a chance to try at it again. I wish our compressor would be able to power my impact.... :sad5:
My exhaust ends at the mufflers thanks to the accident, so I guess I'll try removing the rest of it, since at this point its only four bolts. I had my rear pretty low at first then realized there was a brake line there, so I'll see what I can do about removing that too, thanks for the heads up on that one! Wish me luck guys :eek:ccasion14:
