It wasnt a torx bit, I have them. These screws are a torx-like bit. Only thing that is different is that they have a little nob in the center which prevents a torx head from going into the screw. So I just took a drill and drilled down the god damn nob in the center then the torx worked well.

They are still a torx bit. They are called a security torx. They make torx bits that have a hole in the center for them(security torx i think they are called).

just take a cutoff wheel or something to cut a slot in it and use a flat screwdriver (in a pinch) ;)
