idk where to put this.

Well since i have gotten my car the right rear rotor does a squeak. It isnt when i am braking even. Just a consistent squeak. I am almost sure the rotor is a bit warped..when wheel is off you can see some irregularity with the surface the pad is in contact with. So today, the day before the cruise in NJ, is the only day i have had some time to do some maintenance to my car, and question is..replace rotor or resurface? I am not too sure a resurfacing shop will be open today and the ones that will idk how reputable they will be.

Also do you think that my idea is the problem?

any input appreciated, just scrambling around to get car ready

As long as the rotor doesn't have too much runout and is within Ford's discard limit, then yes, you can have it resurfaced. Honestly, I'd just replace it though. Those rotors are about $20/piece.

Or you could have another problem in itself... When you look at the brake pads, do they look like they're wearing straight across
the pad surface, or at an angle.. If it's at an angle, then your slide pins might be stuck/frozen up... If it's straight across, then
you could be right with a warped rotor... Although usually it would happen on the front more often than the rear, but the rear
can warp as well... If you end up putting a rotor on it, make sure the slide pins and anti-chatter clips on the brake anchor are
well cleaned and lubricated.
