running probelms with my 94 please HELP!

ok i got this 94 GT a couple weeks ago, guy says it sat for 2 years it has 107K miles, the idle is bad it kinda lopes down every 5 seconds like its got a cam but i know it doesnt have one. At acceleration it stumbles and makes this bubble type sound, kinda of like a misfire, or whenever you down shift and it rumbles a bit, thats what it sounds like. Also it will hardly top 75 MPH.I was told it could be off timing,or the idle air control sensor & the check engine light will go off and on.IDK what it could be,ive taken it to get scanned and they said there machine wont read it..Now what ive done to it is

Change fuel filter.
ran denatured alcohol thru the tank.
done a complete tune up.
and i just put in some seafoam but havent ran it all yet out of the tank,just about a 1/4 tank..

Ive tried to explain it the best way i can,if anyone knows what it could be or has any idea what it could be please LMK..

Im going to take the IAC of and clean it later on..

clean out all the sensors, check timing, good tune up.. she'll run a lot better after that!

If it sat for 2 years the gas has most likely seperated.

yep, i had to pull my tank and get all that old gas out. Even after that it took a while to get it running right but if it has really set for that long you might as well drop the tank and get that old nasty gas out.
