Rusty air bag sensor.

So I notice that my air bag sensor is almost rusted through. Should I be worried about the air bag deploying or not?

you need to host them on imgur or imageshack before you can share them.

and yes, they are cheap on ebay. I suggest replacing it.

I have a parts car coming this week that has sensors if you need one let me know. If it were bad the light would go off to tell you but if you know its looking bad I would not wait for the light to come on. Best case scenario is that it will not go off when you need it. Worst case scenario is it triggers while your just driving down the highway and after having mine pop 2 weeks ago trust me you want it to go off when you need it and not when you don't...

I would have to say that if you wrap it with enough duct tape that it SHOULD be ok... driver or pass side? I can mail ya one in the next couple days if you want. Not sure what a fair price is but I am sure someone on here would know.
