a vid is a must.
i always wanted one of those, just no sand that i know around here where i could ride one. there used to be a couple of local guys ( a while back) that had the VW dune buggies, but they were street legal. windshield, front brakes, street tires, all the lights etc.. but i'm sure they are not as fun on the street as they are in the sand.

and a boosted busa engine, i'm sure @ WOT you feel like you left your nuts behind

depending on temp...if its cold, its around 7lbs. Its usually around 5. Its a stock bottom end busa so no more than 9lbs. I run it on a mix of race and pump gas just to be safe. The previous owner said he runs it on 91 with no issue but I'm not chancing it. Its sips fuel so its not a big deal to pay for 3 gallons of race gas to mix all weekend.

I WANT to get out to glamis but its too damn hawt out there right now. The "season" is usually the fall and winter months. I am going to take it to pismo beach hopefully sometime near the beginning of july....possibly the 4th. I have yet to get into any "real" sand. Ocotillo Wells is all hard pack stuff and with dirt tires on it...it just slips and slides everything. I want to get it in the loose sand with the paddles and make it really HOOK!
