s-trim lag

I have a 94 mustang gt with a vortec s-trim running at 8 psi and I am suddenly get a ton of lag and surging from the supercharger and dont know why. The belt is not slipping all the vacuum lines are hooked up and the bypass valve seems to be working fine. i am just wondering what I should check next my boost gauge is only reading 2-3 psi when i have my foot to the floor and its lagging and surging like crazy :dontknow: any help would be appreciated

I flipped it and re routed the vacuum line to make sure it wasn't getting pinched................wow night and day difference. Thankyou
