I've got a 95 5.0 with: Afr 165's, TFS intake, mild cam, full exhaust, 255lph pump, 30lb injectors with calibrated MAF, adj. fuel pressure regulator, full exhaust, underdrives, and a few other odd and ends. My question concers my fuel system; will it (and a tune) support the addition of a supercharger, the strim with 6-10 psi? Any info would help. I'd like to supercharge but I may go with spray. Thanks

An FMU will support it. Not well, but it will support it.

What you need to do is get a set of 42's or 60 lb injectors, make sure you have a High Pressure 255 pump - the walbro GSS 340.

my pump is high volume. Im sure the pressure is not a concern, as a stock pump is rated for up to 90 psi and the regulator up to 70. I did figure my current setup wouldn't support the sc, but I should be safe running a wet shot, say 125? correct?

well, beings vortech makes a kit specifically for a bone stock cobra with 24# injectors, i dont see why you wouldnt be able to support it. ESP with a FMU. You allready have the 255 pump wich is enough, if you want to be safe get a trex inline and call it a day.

As long as you have like 42# injectors and an adjustable feul regulator than you should be perfectly fine.
