Historically SALEEN has gone through 'business pains'. But, having changed leadership and economic philosophy they have gotten better.
I know they closed their SALEEN store but that's probably just because an experiment didn't pan out.

I don't think you have to worry about SALEEN not pushing products. :coolsmiley:
They've built some of the strongest aftermarket mustangs for the S197 platform and don't look they will slow anytime soon.
They still have the same problem, they've always had ... poor customer service and a perception that they don't support warranty repairs and service.

I wouldn't be surprised at all; they've got a bad reputation of screwing their vendors over and some not so great business practices.

Personally I wouldn't say "a lot." The 96-98 years aren't that sought after, unless of course its an S351 or a Cobra, then yes I would say the value has gone up. On the flip side, I think the car will continue to hold value and appreciate at a slower rate compared to 351s and Cobras.

I live in so cal and go over to saleen very often.

No, they are not even in any sort of Situation where they are going out of business....they have just recently expanded...if this was true there would be internet articles about it all over.

They're releasing a new supercar next year that is one rung under the S7 so I think they're ok for now.

I think they only closed down one of their stores or something?

I just heard about this today. The thing is totally sick looking, I think I like it better than the S7. Side profile is mad similar to a Ferrari 360, which isn't a bad thing.
