Saleen Tonneau Speester Cover: Where do the straps mount to on the cover?

I have the straps and bolt but don't know how to attach it to the underside of the tonneau. Directions say

"Install strap into pre-cut groove located in the center of the tonneau.Attach strap using 7/16" bolt and nut provided."

I do not have a pre-cut groove in mine. I did buy mine used and see a few markings on the underside but nothing like a precut groove. Can anyone show me how the strap/bolt attaches to the tonneau?

There is a hole (horizontal hole) on the underside of the cover. This is where the bolt goes through to hole the straps. If you dont get it I'll post a pic later on today(after work)

Mine is not drilled at all. I ended up googling for hours and emailed saleen about it and finally got a picture of the underside. I just got my drill, made the hole and made a slit for the bracket to go through. Thanks for the help!
