sct tuner problems

Ok guys, i need help asap! I was updating my sct x3 for the new firmware when something happened during the process and locked my tuner. Now my car is on a stock box tune and my tuner is locked. So i cant drive my car until i can fix it. The tuner is on a blank blue screen. Any ideas on how to fix this would greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

If you call up sct they should be able to help you out. They will either be able to fix it remotely or they will guide you through what you need to do. I had to call them for help on mine. They had me taken care of in less than 15 minutes.
