My car had 117k on the clock when I did it. With no problems.

Even if so, o2 sensors go bad over time if youve never replaced them. Or just turn them off anyway, get some deletes... or or unplug them while doing it? I dunno..whatever floats your boats!

I dont see an issue in that video posted. Besides I dont get why he couldnt just sit in the car to rev it. Second at the end it looked like he was about to turn it off. If so. That could be part of the reason he had issues right there. Either way.. loss of o2 sensors is a small price to pay. Just buy new ones lol

I will add that I DO know people with cats who clogged them running seafoam. Or at least that was what the diagnosis from the mechanics were., But this was just two people I can remember. I don't think I would do it with cats, but hell, Mustangs don't need now stinkin cats!

I used it wthout any cat but all my 02 sensors were perfectly fine on my 96. I actually seafoamed my 96 twice with no bad results

seafoamed my dads truck with cats, no issues. 2 miatas with cats, no issues. my car with 4 cats, no issues. jeep cherokee with cats. no issues.

i did it in the oil and the fuel a few times on the old engine.. .. ... i prefer BK44 for fuel systems now, tho.
