I picked up a set of seats for $100.00 cleaned them up a bit and thought why not install them.

They are wider than the OEM ones the seat bracket is there.
But I need the one that bolts to the floor and it needs to be wider I'm not even sure what brand of seat this is.

Any idea where to find a wider one that might work.

Take it from me: try to find a way to utilize the OEM bracketry. Most aftermarket seat mounts/slider mechanisms are thing gauge steel and if you're a large American, they will break inside of a month.

In my experience you can either get a set of fixed mounts from Planted.

Or you can custom make some adapter material like I did because my aftermarkets were also a bit wider (pics attached). These adapters I cut and drilled were initially on a power setup but I've since went manual because I don't ever change height (always at the lowest height) and it does actually save quite a bit of weight.

cobrajeff96 did EXACTLY what I was going to recommend, get some good PLATE STEEL and hopefully you have the equipment to cut and make them PERFECT between a drill and a nice cutting wheel... They don't need to look perfect since your butt goes on top hahahahaha lol...

I love those reasonably priced RACE seats, I have some Summit ones, fortunately mine had a bracket kit for the car I was installing them on from Summit, check them they may fit your car seats also... They are all generally the same when they are that CHINA style awesome looking seat...

Have fun and HOTROD HARD,

lol!? How would the forum moderate me off the forum? Check the OP? I was giving solid advice about seat mounts, not my political opinion like yourself. We like to keep that stuff in the political section if ya had not figured out. If you want to play there have at it but we keep it in there.

I will say though that I used aluminum for my modified mounts. If you use steel, you can get away with thinner dimensions.
