shaker hood help

i am thinking of putting a mach 1 motor in my 97 gt and i was wondering how well the shaker intake works with our hoods. i have seen it on alot of sn95's and it looks good so if u have done this or have any advice that would be great... thanks

wow ive never seen this, but it sounds like a pretty sweet setup. Good luck man im sure someone will chime in.

use the search, we were discussing this a few months ago i believe. it looks badass though, espcially from a side view..

but most people that do the mach 1 swap just delete the shaker. and turn it into a fenderwall induction

hey thanks guys im just trying to do something different.idk if i can even get this motor yet but i really liked this pic in mmff although my gt is all white so im thinking i would paint the cowl and scoop white also. http://www.musclemustangfastfords.com/features/mmfp_0702_1994_ford_mustang_gt/index.html ill let u guys know if it works out.. and if any one knows the gerneral price for one of these motors please chime in bc idk how much this guy wants for the one im looking at
