I'm gonna do a auto to manual swap on my 98 stang. I have a used flywheel which has one of the pins sheared off.. I've got new pins but I am not sure how to pull the existing pin out. Or should I drill it out? I have access to a machine shop so accuracy and precision are not a big deal. The other two pins are fine. Also the T5 I got is from a 99 mustang and has a magnetic speed sensor and im pretty sure my auto trans uses a mechanical speed sensor. I am not too familiar with how it all works but will I need some sort of converter so I get the correct speed. I do have the 99 computer.

from a 99 isnt a t5 unless its aftermarket. sounds more like t-45/3650... sheared pin might be able to be pressed out.

I went to the machine shop on campus and he drilled a hole right through the center then tapped the hole and screwed in a small bolt and then pryed the bolt-pinstub out. Was real easy. Naw it is a T5 cause the tag reads 1352-260. It came out of a v6 stang.
