Cool pic, agreed..I still cant figure out why my fan isnt kicking on..and noticed Im leaking a bit of oil on my pass side exhuast..Hoping its just a valve cover bolt..

Also the noise on the drivers side isnt terribly loud, I had the same kind of noise before the PI swap, its not clattering by any means..

check your injectors.
also, check your valve covers for hat leak. mine were leaking on the VERY back side, parallel (sp?) to the firewall... there was a little oil on the surface, which didnt allow a proper seal.

a hat leak? a hat leak is a typo meaning "that leak" lol.. try and find "that oil leak" ... :p my mistake... lol.

a bad injector will spray more like a garden hose than a nozzle with "mist" on... this results in impropper mixture of the air and fuel. you can hear injectors, they click, but they are SUPPOSED to do that... so a way to tell when they are going bad is when they click LOUD. lol. just put a screw driver (or, i bought a $2.00 stethescope from checker) up to each injector and listen to them. if one sounds different than the rest (meaning a louder click) it may be going bad...

a completely blown injector wont spray fuel, so... there the problem with the air-fuel mixture again.

Or the o2 sensor too..:p.

I still dont have my fan situation figured out..I plan to change the oil tonight, and still want to drive it, as long as the fan thing is figured out..I know its probably bad to drive it with a busted downstream o2

as for the sensors, one is for the fan, and one is for the temp sending..

my car ticks slightly too, also do most 99-04 motors, keep that in mind. even though that sounds bad..

your 02 sensor will screw with the cars "pep" get it changed immediately.

glad your back on the road, man i remember how excited i was whenever i finished my swap...

yeah its pretty doggy with that o2 sensor..

Do you know which one is the fan? And why isnt the fan kicking on then..? I swear i swapped over my old one on one side, and there was already a sensor in the intake on the other..the one on the right side (looking at it from the front) was the one already in it..
I gotta get that figured out

Noticed Im leaking a bit of oil onto my exhaust, pretty sure its a loose valve cover bolt..but eh..

Any help on that sensor is appreciated..I tried to switch them, but both sensors on the outside part have a line of plastic, one is center, one is offset..so the plugs cant be switched around, wont fit..

get rid of all the air bubbles in the coolant system after you initially added coolant, i forgot to do that on my swap too and the sensors wouldn't work right away on the crossover.
