chrome paint is nothing new, if you do a search for it you will see a number of cars made with it. It is actually available now in cans too. I have a small can I use to paint the inside of lexan rc car bodies and it comes out like a mirror finish. $12 for a small can tho.....
The wings west is not bad shape but it doesn't flow with their bumpers or anyone elses. Looks like it is a mix of 3 different kits no matter what you match it with.
