should i go with a abc cobra bumper and hood?

here's the dilemma, I'm really liking the ABC exclusive front cobra bumper with the lip, and I'm also digging the stock cobra hood, my only concern is that i don't want to get hated on cus i have a gt and not a cobra, i have no intent on making a cobra lone and will therefore keep my gt badges, but theres always people that will talk crap for the sake of talking, should i go for it or what?

Yes they are....they are bit higher than the lip in the front, but very close overall. I need to get a rear cover similar to Dal's to match now.

ive been debating sideskirts those are the only ones that look alright (saleen) but there still not perfect have u tried the door fillers? you going to do a custom rear too?

That is the 4 piece authenic saleen side skirt kit, so the door fillers are there.

Yeah I want the ABC Front as well. But Ill be rockin a Cobra R hood. I really like those sideskirts....... But it doesnt match the rear... I think Dal should make me a bumper..... :thumbsup:

I will have the ABC fr bumper, 96 Cobra hood, stock skirts, & a 281 wing on mine. I will buy ABC skirts as soon as I can afford it, though. Kinda ran out of $. I still love my GT, so I kept the stock rear bumper. I will never add in the Cobra emblems. Love my GT too much.

I say if you're leaving the GT emblems on there's no reason why people should give you crap about it. I can't speak for everyone but what drives me crazy is when I see a stock bodied GT with Cobra emblems. Looks so gay.

at least if u have a gt with cobra badges on u still have a v8 under the hood, in my area there are alot of v6 cobra clones, theres even a 00 cobra r replica, with a twin turbo v6

I love the look. The body guy hated the install (don't use saleens tape...have it installed with good stuff). I originally wanted side exhaust but this is a better look IMO.
