This is my buddy's foxbody running the same arms. I'll be running essentially the same type of setup, so I should hopefully see at least this much.

I can't remember if I asked you this already, but where do you all drift?

Evergreen Speedway, Monroe Washington.

I want to head down to Oregon at least once next year, and at least once up to Alberta to go to the track my buddy with the white fox drifts at. I think he goes to Castrol, and hopefully we can go to Penticton too.

Sweet! Let me know if you are close to my neck of the woods!

I went to school last year in kelowna but never made it to the penticton track. I also hear theres drifting just south of calgary, not sure if its an event or just practice sort of stuff.

Hey I always wonder how do you initiate a drift, is it like have it in 2nd and with the clutch in you rev it and pop or slip the clutch?

Totally man, just make sure to come by to an event if possible, and bring a helmet! If not, I'd always like to see your car, that things neat. Buddy's in the Edmonton area, so anywhere from here to Edmonton could be a possibility next year.

I think you're trying to describe a clutch kick, and I use it going into the bank here, and that's about it. Gas on, then just a quick push in and out of the clutch shocks the drivetrain and helps to lose traction. Just think of it as dumping the cluch to do a burnout, but while in motion. I throw the cars weight pretty hard as well which also helps to upset the balance, and by doing that hard enough I almost don't need to kick the clutch. Once I have more power I probably won't do it at all really.

Also, lol @ Chris.

Oh I don't think I could ever drift my car! I'd have to have a complete POS car to try. I don't know how you guys with nice cars can do it...

Power adders are the last thing on my list haha

I think Doug sells them new for around $700, they aren't cheap. You can get them build to whatever spec you want though.
