slow clutch spring back

95 GTS has slow spring back on the clutch peddle. Seems like the clutch grips fine, its just sort of hard to push and spring back slow. But it does get better after driving, though still sort of slow. Also seems to be worse when cold and better when hot out. Ideas?

I'd say either the cable is binding. or the fingers on the clutch disc are getting weak.

Also you could have a ton of gunk built up on the Bearing retainer and could be causing it.
