SLP Race pipes..?

I have a catted SLP X pipe with flows and it sounds good and all but I had a O/R H pipe with the flows and it sounded much better. But Im thinking about just getting the SLP Race pipes and swap the cats out and put them in. How would this sound compared to being catted? I know the X pipe is more raspier then the H but I really dont want to spend all the hassle and keep swapping out the X and H pipes when inspection comes around. Would it be a little louder with the race pipes or wouldnt I notice any difference in sound?

I have seen mixed opinions on the Slp kit, some good and some bad. Everyone says its loud, so I would guess it would be more voiced than what you have now :dunno: Even with the negative things I have heard about it, im still getting a LM1 kit for the cobra
