A PI GT instead of getting another nPI GT.
I've been debating this ever since I said I wanted to get an all stock nPI GT and start all over.
Why not get a PI GT and start all over. Get one all stock and go from there.
Opinions?

what are your goals with the car

if i got the PI GT?
i would build and s/c it (procharger or vortech)
full Roush Stage 3 bodykit and side exhaust
400+ daily
that sounds like a damn good plan to me...

Thanks Rick.
I think it is also. I figure that the 2004's are a lot newer and hopefully I can find a clean one that someone hasn't destroyed like the current one I have and start from scratch on things. I want to run DD rims, Roush Stage 3 Full Bodykit and Roush Side Exhaust, Full Suspension probably from MM, then build and S/C it.

If you're going to do that, just by an '03 Cobra and save yourself the trouble.

those run around $30,000 and plus most people who buy cobras dog them. some people buy GTs just to have them and not race them like older people. Plus you can get a clean 2004 for around 18,000 and save yourself alot of money.

Cobras aren't anywhere near $30K anymore, and there are plenty of them in good shape still available.

You will waste a ton of money building a GT when you can do the same thing all at once with less hassle, less headache, the same (or more power), and factory reliability with a Cobra.

Ferrari owners are typically douchebags too, but I would still own a Ferrari.

i know more guys with GTs that are dickheads than Cobra owners. i have never had a guy with a Cobra talk down to me. and you say you are a poor 19 year old college student? but you wanna spend over 10Gs on mods for it?

wwhy not hang onto your car a little bit longer and wait til you are out or almost out of school and get a newer car?
