Well I found the deal I was looking for and on Tuesday a guy is picking her up for $8,000 unless I back out that is..
But I'm figuring, hell, by the time I get my turbo and the suspension I need to put the turbo on, it will be around 4k to do so after a tune. So why not sell the cobra (has 131k on it btw) for 8k, buy a 94-95 5.0 GT for around 3k and just build it with the remaining 5k? Plus the money I already make to help build it.

I guess overall I am selling because I want another 'project'

Let me get your guy's thoughts before I sell...

Re: Selling the Cobra. Advise?

I like buying finished projects cheap :)

Someone has to put in their time and money before I buy so start another one for guys like me...

But seriously if you are one of those guys that just likes to keep starting over because you like the feel of accomplishment and it keeps you busy then sell and buy another. Plenty of unloved SN95's out there that could use your help.

I know it is, but the next one will be even better I promise!

I can always go that route too! Buy a 5.0. Build it later. Spend all the money on appearance.. cough cough (ccw's)
Come on guys! Let me know what you think.

+1 anyone that tells you to get rid of your Cobra is an asshole lol. You've already made it so awesome and you could still make it better, but you want to start over with something else.

Re: Selling the Cobra. Advise?

There are some things that bother me about my car now! I'm not telling any of you to tell me to get rid of it. lol
I guess I just want to go a different route, and have another project?

So let me change my thought again.
What would you do with 8-9k?

Car payment is a no, haven't been with my job long enough.

Pretty easy to make power with them. A little finicky though at times.

It almost doesn't even look like that red one needs paint.
But I'm not too sure, I would have to talk to him. Its been awhile.
