Some new mods *Updated post 14!*

Putting my new intake mani on soon, stock hood wasnt gonna cut it, so i had my buddy who does ford racing stuff get me a killer deal on an oem 95 R hood, and i happened to find a set of cobra mirrors on svtp for $200 so i snagged those too. And i figured while i was doing all this id de-wing it, so heres the final result. Also my bullitts are off the car and for sale, i picked up these starfishes for $100 with tires! looks great!! i wanna get the same hood and mirrors for my car, only one thing... it really needs the center caps on the wheels, it would so much better imo

Iunno, I kinda like the look without the centercaps. The wheels dont look as common and almost have a "racey" look. lol

and the cenetercaps wouldnt fit with my lugs, otherwise id have em on haha. But i have grown to like the way they look, got another set of wheels today, pics to come soon

Your car has come a long way from being the ugly but fast duckling it started out as with the TMA Turbo.

Now that you actually have some appearance mods under your belt, I can now drill this into your brain:

REMOVE YOUR FRONT LICENSE PLATE or BUY A COBRA FRONT.

GET YOURSELF SOME BOI HEADLIGHTS.

WINDOW TINT.

Alright i havent posted in awhile on here, but ill try to make this update as short as possible
got a ported lower

got a new upper

installed

got a new alpine deck and gauge panel with a plx wideband

picked this up for $300 with the bilsteins and its out of an 04

full urethane bushing kit for the irs, billetflow brace, cobra cooling system, 2step, and mm full lengh subframe connectors

picked up a 04 3.9 mustang engine for $400 shipped, only had 50K on it gonna be the foundation for my 4.3 build :angry4: (dont have any pics of it complete, i started tearing it down the minute i got it haha)

t56 out of an 04 cobra, on the shelf waiting to get built

still missing a couple dark charcoal interior pieces, but i bought a complete 03 cobra interior minus seats and got it all installed this past week

how hard was it to install the dash?


I have the charcoal interior aswell, i was missing the same pieces you are tweeters,handles,door sills.

car looks great

honestly it was such a huge pain in the ass haha. theres only like 18 or so bolts actually holding the dash in. its disconnecting everything and lining up/getting out a 75lb dash thats a pain in the ass haha. and i wanted to keep my deck and gauge setup the way they are, so i had to swap the "skin" from the 04 dash onto the frame of my 98 dash because the insides are different. it was a big undertaking, but totally worth it, the car has a way better feel now
