Your motor looks insanely nice. Did you powder coat everything? I hope if I ever have the money to build a motor fully, it will be this clean.

Forged internals? I mean, I can see the obvious, but I was curious of the specs.

Manley Rods & Pistons, IDR the dish but it is 9.1:1 compression, cobra crank, ARP studs, stage2 heads, CMS 2.5 Blower cams, 10% overdrive I/W, Power pipe, Mac LT's...and the other basics. I'm seeing 17lbs of boost at 6500rpm with the S trim and a 928 upgraded impeller.

i haven't been to the dyno yet, but that's what I'm predicting. I highly doubt I'll get this setup dyno'd all because i'll be upgrading to the N2k, the YSI or if I cheapen out, just the T trim. On the low end and just a T trim I'd predict 650's just from upgrading the blower and nothing else. I'm only doing it so I can spin the motor to 7k rpm. The only reason I'm considering the YSI or N2k is they have better bearings.

So my car wont idle..........or even start. Have spark on some but not on others. Looks like it's the custom fit wires. Time to spend more money... Converting to COP's as we speak.

you may want to look into a KB boost-a-spark, just a suggestion if you dont already have one. i know it made a difference in mine.

My issues were with the wires I used. I switched to COP's now and have no issues. BAS, is a band-aide to a larger problem if you seen a difference with it.

i was mentioning that for higher rpms since you were already doing a COP conversion. it made a difference after boost hit 3psi and from then on it is on max setting. it helped in the upper rpms a lot by straightening the line on the dyno and prevents spark blowout in the upper part of the band when you will have full boost.

How much boost are you running, what COils are you running and at what gap are your plugs? I've got a bunch of friends at 20psi and don't have issues with spark blowout and haven't needed a BAS.
