Been needing to do a break job on the car for a few weeks and was on a budget. Picked these drilled/slotted rotors from ROTORPROS.net w/ OMNI 5 GOLD ceramic pads for 220.00 shipped! They are zinc plated and seem to be very good quality. I believe they are custom made to order? Will update with picks of the install this week!
I am a little unsure of the OMNI 5 pads... Never heard of them before and they just happen to come with the deal. Debating on just buying some Duralast GOLD pads from autozone that have a warranty. What do you guys think? Heard of OMNI?

Were they an Ebay package deal? Like you said never heard of that brand of pads at all

I went with Wagner Thermoquiet pads with my Powerslot rotors

Hawk front and rear? Or can I just get by with some Hawk fronts and if so which pair yall recommend? I dont race really and never go to the track, its my daily driver that I do a few hard pulls on the highway a day and thrash on some twisty roads.

Man they look good Green! Im anxious to get them on the car. Thinking im going to go with the HPS Hawks in the front and stick with the Omni 5's in the rear. Oh and by the way this is my first set of rotors like this... they are directional so does the hole closest to the hub come in contact with the pads first?

Looks like Hawk is the way to go for sure. Thank Jon really have admired your SN for a while. Really considering the Black Vinyl roof too! Got a few odds and ends to sort out with the car before that though

Check with the MFG, each has different specs on how the slots should face

This is how Powerslot recommended mine, this is the drivers side front rotor

yea, they sent me this picture of the front passenger side seems like the point of the slot closest to the hub should hit the break pad first when moving forward.

Real nice guy who took my order on the phone. Only thing I didnt like is, they prefer to do phone orders... which I get nervous ever giving anyone a card number over the phone but I had heard enough about them for a while that I was cool with it. The pictures really dont do them justice! Check them out http://www.rotorpros.net
