Guys,

Looking for a spark plug recomindation for my 5.4 with the Vortech V-2 running 6PSI intercooled.

Normally just use mustang plugs, as they are identical to the 5.4 plugs. However I have no clue which plug to run and what to gap it at.

Thanks

^^ For higher boost levels (>15psi) the BR7EF will work well because it's a non-projected tip so there's less chance of spark blowout. For the OP who's running low boost the projected tip TR6 series plugs will be best

Once I up the boost though, it would be best to switch to the BR7EF series/plug? Good info to know!

Once you get up to about 15psi or more then switch to the BR7EF, otherwise the TR6 will work better.
