No, you're not missing anything.

He posted wrong/unsubstantiated information. I corrected it.
I know that, and I apologized, but you were still a stick about it...

You followed it up with more poor tech, which I corrected. Plain and simple.

I have seen one that has melted and cause a fire due to the lack of maintenance of the wires/ being looped together. But as I said, I never understood what was going on in your pics, Im sorry and apologize for that, Now let's forget it.

Rotten wires have nothing to do with whether they're tied together or not - you can't blame the fire/failure on them being zip-tied. That just doesn't follow. Don't post false tech.

Paul.

First I'd like to say I like what you did with the zip ties, Paul.

Rice slayer apologized. I dont understand why you had to have an attitude with him still. Am I missing something?

sometimes some of our wiser members forget to take their little pink pills in the morning... It will pass... or soemone will make a dildo comment and it will get sigged by 90% of the forum. LOL!.

as for the write up, im going to copy that idea 100%... wire seperators dont look that good, that clean, or fuction as well as those home-made looms.... (well, i guess next time i have spark plug wires...)

as for teh "crossing wires" info. ive heard not to cross them as well... but i didnt understand why/why not... so i ignored it... just some guy at a car show telling me how retarded i was, so i ignored him.

My taylor wires are so insulated the dyno couldnt use them for readings they had to cut open the engine harness... lol...

The crossfire thing is what I meant, I do know that much. Still, I apologized and you wouldn't drop the attitude, no wonder handz thinks you're an ***.

I don't care of the plug wires are duct taped together tightly, if they have sufficient insulation, they're not going to cross-fire. I've seen 5 second Pro-Mod cars running magnetos with the plug wires zip-tied together. Do you know something they don't? Over time, the insulation will deteriorate, but that takes quite a while if the plug wires were any good to begin with.

I'm glad Handz think I'm an A$$ - that kid is a dumbfuck.

id like to add that im sure dragsters replace their wires much more often than the rest of us... .. considering a set of plugs only last 1/8th of a mile, id like to know how long the wires truely last on those high-performance applications.

10 passes?? maybe? i dono...
