I got his car from some guy who knew nothing about it. Its got some sort of aftermarket springs in it, but i'm not sure what kind they are. I know its a long shot, but anyone recognize these?

I think Eibach Sports are red. IDK if that helps any? My H&R's are white and black. Sports on the front, drags on the back.

Are they orange? They look orange, and American Muscle sells a off-brand orange set. To tell you guy's the truth, Eibach and H&R probably get their spring's at the same damn place :lame:

If they are eibach, which I doubt they look like cheap crap, and you take a close look at the spring, it will have eibach printed on it somewhere...

My guess... cheapo ebay springs...

If yer gonna upgrade... get eibach... they are worth every penny

I love how words like SVT, SVO, Roush, and Saleen have the same effect on Mustang owners that "JDM" and "TypeR" have on the import crowd. It's just a set of springs dude - just because they are "Saleen" (which probably didn't manufacture them in the first place) doesn't mean they are any better than any other spring.

their most likely not ebay springs. all the mods that were done on the car were done within the first year after it was purchased. I'm not exactly sure when ebay started, but i know it wouldnt have been widely known at that point.

never said it made them better, They just give a awsome drop.

As for ebay, its been around forever dude. Ive never heard of a company making an orange spring. How much of a drop is it?

No drop?

Maybe the guy painted them?

weird... and not all springs are the same... to say that is just plain silly...

Eibach ftw... H&R also makes good stuff...

I used to work at a springwire plant. They made the wire, the end consumer wound and heat treated them. ALOT of companies get the spring's from the same supplier. BTW we did everything from clicky pen spring's, to ovate (beehive) valve spring's, trough coil spring's for some monstrous vehicle (I dunno what, but the wire was bigger around than two of my thumb's).

I doubt they ALL get their spring's from the same place, but I bet you'd be surprised.
