Stay Low?

As of right now I have chopped springs on my mustang. See sig for pic. The ride of it sucks big time! LOL Im worried though when I get real lowering springs that it wont sit so low any more. Could that be true?

Im leaning towards the Eibach Sportlines... Or what other company offers a lower drop than theirs?

ima go ahead and tell you that if you want a SLAMMED look. check the Tein springs out. ive seen some RIDICULOUSLY low SNs and New Edges use the Tein springs and be probably lower than you are!

I saw Bianner's mustang it looks good Javi, but will it "settle" a little more?

Yeah there lies the problem.. I dont have money for coilovers LOL But I do like how urs sits. Hows the ride handle? Cuz right now there is no way I can roll with an open container of anything with out spilling it all over the place LOL

it handled pretty good, but the ride was a bit rough.
i was using bilstein struts and Koni shocks.

Your sock struts may be bottoming out. I would put fox struts on it and see if the ride improves. I put them on several lowered cars and got a better ride.

Interesting.. I was wondering do I need to get the spring compressor to install the eibach sportlines or can I make do with out it

You can install springs without the spring compressor, set the car on jackstands > place the jack under the arm to help compress the spring.

i had sportlines and cut them one inch... so 3in all around.. sorry i dont have any pics, they were on my old phone.. it was a nasty rough ride though.. but it looked friggin sweet!

good tip, how long will i take them to settle this way?

i just purchased a set of h&r supersports, havent installed them yet but i hear that they have a nice ride. sit pretty low to similar to the sportlines, i have bilstein shocks n struts on the way should be here in a couple of days.
