Steeda's double adjustable clutch quadrant

What would this little thing do? You purchase the quadrant and the firewall adjuster and they are saying that you can set the release point on you clutch to be shorter than the ridiculously long stock release? WOuld these toys be hard to install? Let me know if anyone has them or anything.
