I have a 95 mustang it didnt come with the mach system or anything like that. Ive had a clarion cd player in it for a little over a year and have had no issues. I drove it up the road the radio was fine came home parked it. Got back into it a hour later and nothing was coming outta my speakers the radio itself is working fine i can switch stations put it on cd my ipod everything but no sound comes out. My amp also isnt turning on any ideas?

Check the blue remote lead from your radio to be sure it is sending a 12V turn on signal to the amp
Also you may have a short on one of the speaker wires (happened to me before) if this is the case you will need to disconnect the speaker wires one at a time from your head unit until the music comes back on to see which one is shorting
