What is the best way to block the hole at the back of the heads where the EGR tube went? I did a couple of searches but the ones that kept comming up talked about using a 9/16 bolt and a couple of washers. Well, that will fill the bolt hole but it still leaves the hole open that leads from those little ports in the exaust ports where the EGR tube went between the two heads. I am also thinking about welding the holes inside of the ports, because I ported the heads and removed those dimples.

If I dont weld those holes, how much pressure would be coming out of that hole at the back of the heads?

what i did was. it has the pipe connecting to these little block looking things bolted to the back of the head. i cut the pipe off both of the blocks that are bolted to the heads and and flipped them and used them on the opposite head. worked great no leaks and looks decent

95-Stang..... Thanks for the link!

Since I looked at those little plugs, it appears that the holes are indeed already threaded, I will try a couple of bolts to see if those work.

Same as a spark plug and you can screw those in as a temp fix until you get some other plugs.
