STOCK rods?

I am rebuilding my motor! I know that are stock pistons can handle much boost so i am thinking about doing Forged piston with stock rods and crank. would i be wasting my time or is this a good idea?

while you're in there you might as well do a full upgrade.. just say "fuck it" and throw a stroker kit in it.
