oh boy.

Check the wiring harness and connectors, starting at the steering column. Keep following it from there back to the trunk, along the left side, behind the trim panels.

@ttocs did the 94-95 cars have the keyless entry module in the LH rear of the trunk like the 96-98 cars? Mine wasn’t equipped.

it was an option and that is where I would start. Take a look and see if disconnecting it fixes it. In the trunk drivers side behind the cover should be a box that is easy to find.

No keyless entry module back here, I just replaced the door jamb sensor that I noticed was missing, could that have anything to do with it?

it could. IF there is an aftermarket alarm, that would be wired up to ignition wiring harness. IF the sensor it bad it could set it off possibly but it is strange for sure

I can’t find any aftermarket alarm, could it be the ignition switch making my car think it’s being hijacked? It’s the original key but the hole is really lose and I can take my key out while driving.

the key would shut it down so that the injectors wouldn't fire, but it does not connect to the alarm/horn in any way. The security light in the dash isn't flashing is it? It shouldn't matter but idunno electronics is funny sometimes.

So did you look under the dash or in one of the kick panels for aftermarket wiring or alarms? Non stock wiring should be easy to spot and then just follow it.

Yup I just found an alarm box in the dash above the fuse box I just unplugged all the fuses it was connecting to hoping that it will fix it.

as long as it will still start after you probably found the problem. Some alarms use a normally open circuit so if you do pull the alarm out, it will still not start.
