That depends on what your goals are and what you want to do with the car.
Maximum makes really nice stuff, but it is overkill for a normal streetcar that won't ever see a road course.
My daily-driver/weekend-warrior type cars use normal tubular front ends that aren't as strong, heavy, or cumbersome as the MM unit.
However, they're right - for virtually everything else there is no better manufacturer except MM and Griggs.
