Swapping head-units...can it happen

So right now, the 94 Cobra has the powerdyne bd-11a with 11psi pulley on it. It really hasn't given me what I want, so what Im wondering. Can I swap a vortech v2 in it's place. The only problems Im finding are that the bd-11a has a turned neck and the v2 has a straight neck so I dont really know how that will work out. But since the vortech crank pulley works with the powerdyne s/c'er I figured it could be possible.
Anybody want to help clear this up for me?

No you cant put the Vortech on the powerdyne braket...

You can find a vortech kit for cheap if you look on corral.net...
