Ok, doesn't look like anyone knows...guess I have the balls to buy them see what happens. Ordered now $143.48. I'll try swapping the lenses, if that doesn't work, I'll try to match the tint with the spray listed above. I'll make sure to make a thread

You're gonna loose too much light output IMO. Thats why I haven't already done it.

When I get the money I want to get the HID kit to go with the projectors, that'll improve light output :) I'll get them on Friday and hopefully this weekend or next I get them swapped and installed. If not I might send them to KB, I've seen your work and its high quality, just have to match them to my corners if possible. How much would you charge KB?

I have HID's in mine and I'm still scared it might loose too much light.

HIDS shooting light all over the place FTW!!

In a projector housing there will be that nice cut off, not like a normal halogen housing.

UPS delivery on FRIDAY, sitting in KY right now. Hopefully I'll have time Saturday to do the lenses and headlight swap.

Forgive my ignorance but I'm confused as to why you would go through all the added risk and expense of trying to swap the smoked lenses from one set of perfectly good headlights over to another set when you can just get the spray tint and be done with it.

imo, it's because he doesn't think that the lenses will look as good if you just spray stuff on them, instead of the lenses the already have it on there.
