sway bar end links

Whats the story with these endlinks? Are they supposed to be like that? The sway bar seems to be meeting them at steep angle and prying the link apart? Are they just worn? Wrong length?

Is the suspension compressed in this pic? Or on jackstands.

Ok. Yeah im an idiot. It was up on jackstands under the rails. Its because the the front suspension is hangig down huh? Smh . Not sure why i didnt put that together.

Im trying figure out my front end clunk and i noticed my sway bar bushings are toast and I thought the endlinks looked funny. As soon as I read your reply......facepalm. Lol thanks.
