As long as you don't beat the living crap out of it all day everyday it should hold up to H/C/I depending on the mileage

and even with the obove statement, there's not a whole lot of transmissions that will hold up to that kind of beating for too long......i wouldn't think twice about it.....no trans worries for you

Your driving style can affect this, but I've been running T5s 300ft/lbs to the tires with no issues. A couple with 4-500 as well. By the book they are good past 400 if it's a WC (World Class). I think the SNs are WC, I know every V8 T5 after 85 was a WC in the Foxes.

You're good, mod away.

Agree with above....if you beat the crap out of it, even with no upgrades to the engine, eventually it's going to fail..

A buddy of mine went through 5 or 6 T-5s on his stock Foxbody just from the way he drove

If you launch on slicks all the time and powershift, you will have failure.

If you drive sanely, even if you drive hard but don't beat it (hard to explain, though most of you understand what I'm saying) you'll be fine.
