thermactor air system?

so i just ran a obd-1 test and i coming up with some codes i cant figure out?, 314- which is thermactor air system/ fault ( left side ) during engine run test. also a code 213 which says spout circuit open. What are these im tying to pass smog and its starting to deive me nuts??]
anyone know?

"#213 - Spout circuit open" makes me think the spout connector is either missing or disfunctional. Not sure of the 314 code.

Wow I feel stupid as soon as I posted that...I looked and I cant believe I forgot what the spout connecter is..lol, but its there how do you tell if its not working?...I just got this car done and I never drove it before or let alone another 5.0..but compared to my 03 Gt...all i got to say is wow...its a torque monster compared to that!...the car runs great as far as I can tell just going through the entire car to make it perfect!
