Not much. Most people say the throttle response is better and that's it. I'd put my money elsewhere into getting rid of the stock intake and cams first.

i have a k&N cold air intake and dumped exhaust no converters

The general concensus is to spend money on ported heads and cams and hold off on all bolt on's. Personally, I am just going to swap.
