throttle body question

    ok guys i heard a rumor bout how you cant run a 75mm throttle body on a 96-98 gt.... well i have a 75mm on the 03 and if this isnt true.. im gonna put it on the 97. please let get ya'lls opinions. thanks guys!

    i dont know where you heard that, but i know of people that run 75MM on 96-98 GTs.

    Can't run a 75MM TB???? That's news to me.

    A 70mm throttle body will flow more than enough air.
    Yes,you can install 75mm throttle body on 96-98 GT
    but,you mite loss a small enough of lowend torque.

    +1 You,will not gain much of anything with the 75mm unless you have "other than stock heads",or at least a PI manifold.

    Maybe they meant that you cannot run the 975MM throttle body. Its just a little to big to clear the hood. :D :D :D :D

    How much rwhp is a 70-75mm TB good for on my 98 GT?

    I have a 75mm TB. I picked up 7rwhp from it. But my motor is not stock.
