Tire help

Alright guys, I found a guy on CL selling some off brand tires mounted on some ugly rims. He's only asking 300 OBO four all 4. The way I see it I can buy them at 250$ dismount the tires and sell the rims and just put the money into a mount and balance onto my rims. My concern is, is there any big issue I should worry about with a knock off brand tire. He said the tires are "zender". They're a 255/35/20 and I probably won't have them mounted until I finish up the lx, so I won't be daily driving or winter driving them either. Thanks

Some of the knock off just buy the dye from major tire manufacturers when there done with there run and market it under there own. A lot of tires are also made by Cooper which has always been a good tire manufacturer.
