Guys, I am trying to get my wheels and tires this winter after I am done with my swap, I am thinking on 275 40 17 for the front and 315 35 17 for the back, anyone has this set up and what will be the issue? do I need spacers?

These are the one I have in mind, i will use my car for street use not for the track. Please let me know if this is ok. Thanks!
Then why would you get full on race tires? Some Nitto NT555's would be a lot better choice if you want a high performance summer tire.
with the right offset on the wheel you shouldn't have a problem running 275's on the front. When I put the 315's on the back, for kicks I put the old 275's on the front. I had no issues at all when driving. The only issue I did have was some rubbing when turning at full lock and that's minimal. But then again my 255's do that too.
Ok I will look into this one, do they have the 315 for the rear? I really want that nice look with the wider tire in the back lol !
I run 315's in the rear with no issues. I know guys who run bigger with no issues. Either turn the quad shocks upside down or take them off completely for extra clearance. For street I run 255's in the front. I have a track set of tires in 275's all around and the fronts used to rub on my aftermarket swaybar. A cheap set of turn limiters solved this issue.
Yes they do. Those were the tires I was planning on getting when I upgrade to 10.5 wheels. http://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.jsp?tireMake=Toyo&tireModel=Proxes+TQ&partnum=135R7PXTQ The ones you posted are not intended for street use. These on the other hand, are.
That's what I am affraid of, doing something to the fender, I got a notice from UPS today, We have like 20 cm (almost 2 feet) of snow in my area and I wasn't home and I missed the delivery of my Wheels! I hope I can get them tomorrow after work. I went with the Bullit Anthracite 9 front and 10.5 back, now I have enough time during winter to search for my tires. Hey Badsheep what exactly you hammer to get those nasty big 315 tires in there? I have my car on the tiny garage with the rear end on the stand ready to swap my rear end and a new fuel pump so may be I can also get the fenders done at the same time. Yesterday I got my new Fluidyne Rad and start filling it up, I couldn't believe it took almost 4 gallons of coolant! what a nice big Rad! plus I still need to get the car running to get some more into the new fresh rebuilt block LOL! Here is some pics how she is at this point http://s1152.photobucket.com/user/bikerman2000/media/Mobile Uploads/image_zps9044f2ff.jpg.html
r888's are sexy and lots of higher hp cars run them on the street. If I didnt do so many burnouts and waste my tires thats what I would be running
