tps switch

got a new t/b coming for my 97 GT and was just wondering about switching and adjusting the tps sensor? any advise would be great.

What company did you buy from? Some come with new TPS's installed.

i got the BBK 78mm plenum/tb combo. I don't think it has one on it.

I believe the tps can't be adjusted on a 4.6. It goes on one way. That's waht I found out when I replaced it when I had my 98 GT.

Yeah BBK doesn't have it so you just swap your old one or buy a new one to use. No adjusting should be needed. It was a PITA to get my old one off.

got it swapped today mine was very easy to get off. I can tell a pretty big difference with the 78mm tb/plenum and the cai on it.

I swapped my TPS sensor off my stock TB onto my Accufab 75mm. At idle it was only showing .85V so I elongated the holes on it so I could adjust it to .98V
